We wanted to eat an ice cream sundae. After the waiter reluctantly brought us a card, he didn't come back to our table 30 later. I then brought the cards back to the counter and we left.

The ice cream parlor is one of the best for me Ice cream parlors, very good delicious ice cream but also delicious cakes. I recognize a good ice cream parlor by their good pistachio ice cream - you can taste the high quality ingredients.

The breakfast was really delicious. Could be a little more appetizing. Unfortunately, a few customers walk around without mouth and nose protection. When asked, the people were approached I would love to come back.

Very outrageous prices, for a portion of cream they cost € 1.50 and, if the almonds or pistachios are an extra children's portion + cuiri cuiri € 0.50. I was told that the prices are so in witten, I also denied it because I also live in witten and now know the prices.

Mega unfriendly service! Drinks and ice cream for the short and my girlfriend would be added, I was watching. Tried 3 times to order, the waitresses saw and heard it but ignored it on purpose! So the ice is done! Conclusion I would not go again!

Actually, I've always been very satisfied. Unfortunately this has turned today. While I was already ordering for myself and my son, my partner was still looking at the menu. The waitress told him she would be back to take his order. Our drinks came, my partner wanted to order and was ignored. Our ice cream came, my partner wanted to order and was again ignored. The desire for an ice cream then passed him. I understand that concentration disappears in this weather, but to be ignored like that shows rather unfriendliness. I won't come back with my partner. What a shame

I love going here, it's the only ice cream cafe I ever visit here in Witten. This has become my favorite ice cream parlor with a very friendly staff and a lot of different delicious ice creams .. Very very delicious.

At the beginning the staff tried very hard, later you saw no one. The fruit on the ice was overturned and caused good puffing pain, or I didn't touch it after a few bites because of the strange taste.

Went there last week with the family. Once settled u noticed that you cannot pay with card and we didnt had any cash on us so i plannen to go withdraw some money. Didnt had the chance though, once noticed that we couldnt order right away we had to get out because we were holding some seats. Couldnt even explain myself, very rude. They ignored is. Went down the street where you had more chooxe and you could even pay with card. Its 2019...
